3fa provides businesses with tools and services, including APIs and applications that integrate with inventory management and point-of-sale systems. We tokenize products through blockchain technology, creating digital assets ("Digital IDs") governed by smart contracts for authenticity and customer engagement purposes.
Consumers interacting with our Services receive blockchain-based Digital IDs (digital receipts) via SMS or similar channels following purchases. These digital IDs serve exclusively as proof-of-purchase and engagement tools, without monetary value or financial capabilities.

Proof 3fa, Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the technology, including but not limited to APIs, software, digital assets, smart contracts, and documentation. Businesses retain ownership of their provided content, subject to the licenses granted herein.
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices described therein.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proof 3fa, Inc. disclaims any liability arising from your use or misuse of our Services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
3fa reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion. You may cease using our Services at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be clearly communicated and dated. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law provisions.
