By integrating our services within your inventory management or point-of-sale system, you agree to provide:

• Authorization for tokenizing products via blockchain technology (Digital IDs managed by smart contracts).
• Permission to use brand materials (logos, trademarks, images) solely for creating and hosting Digital IDs and associated marketing purposes.

Information Usage

We utilize business information to:

• Create and manage Digital IDs for authentication and brand protection.
• Securely host and maintain product data.
• Integrate digital asset transfers within checkout systems.
• Enhance counterfeit protection, product provenance tracking, and digital intellectual property management.

Data Security

We employ rigorous security measures to protect business data. Brands will not have access to consumer wallets or unrelated wallet holdings.

Ownership & Licensing

3fa retains ownership of APIs, software, smart contracts, and related technology. Digital IDs are jointly owned by 3fa and partner brands, with 3fa serving as digital asset manager. Digital assets issued hold no monetary value and are solely for product authentication and engagement.

For Consumers

Information Collection

• Name, contact information, order details, payment method information, and transaction-related location data.
• Email addresses and phone numbers for profile management.

Information Usage

Consumer data is used exclusively to:

Brands do not have visibility into your wallet or its contents, beyond transactions specifically involving their products.

Consumer Wallet

Your wallet, powered by blockchain technology, is designed solely for managing digital receipts and Digital IDs. It does not support financial transactions or hold monetary assets. Wallet custody is shared exclusively between you and 3fa.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process data from children under 13.
